Lyndon Hayes beautiful line illustration brings to life 'Gone Fishing' by Mortimer & Whitehouse
We have long been fans of Lyndon Hayes work here at Boxbird, if you're not familiar with his work I really recommend checking out his website. Lyndon works on the most beautiful sketchbooks, and regularly creates stunning portraits for editorial clients such as The Guardian, Time Out and a variety of publishing houses. His recent work for English Heritage is beautiful, it was great to see Lyndons approach to architecture and landscapes.
But Im being distracted from the reason we are here today! Lyndon has taken on the comic talent that is Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse for their book 'Gone Fishing'. We absolutely loved this TV series, so were chuffed to hear Lyndon was working on the book illustrations.
I think its a great fit, and he has really captured these two gentlemen perfectly.
