FAQ

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card or a paypal account all through Paypal! You do not need a paypal account to use this service, it is simply a safe & secure portal for you to shop online.
Alternatively you can pay by cash on collection.
We do not accept cheques.
My print is a different colour, or has different marks to the one online.
Well this can happen for many reasons, computer monitors are all set to different settings and can make colours look different. As for marks, well many of the prints we sell are screen-prints, it’s a handmade process and each print can have slight differences, the odd interesting splatter or spot where the ink has not made it through the screen. We always send the edition that we would choose for ourselves, and if there are considerable differences will always email you before posting to check you are happy. If you think it’s something else or damaged then please take pictures and email hello@boxbird.co.uk
Can I come and see work before I buy it?
Yes you can! You can come to our HQ in Seaford, East Sussex. viewings are strictly by appointment so please email hello@boxbird.co.uk to arrange.
